I deposited and accepted their bonus. Won some nice winnings that evening and after a while the wager of the bonus was completed (have a screenshot of this) but the balance for bonus money was not added to my real money balance.
Whit the bonus you also get 200 free spins (50 a day) but I don’t like free spins so I clicked the option “no thanks” and they were cancelled.
I contacted support with the problem of the completed wager but not getting the bonus money. They told me I needed to use the free spins first.
Explained that I cancelled the free spins so there are no free spins. Again they told me to use the free spins. I guess they meant the free spins for the next day. Free spins should be a separate bonus and this doesn’t make sense because I need to wait 3 days for the free pins and every win I need to wager 35X with the money I already won.
Support was not answering my emails anymore !! Ask them again to please answer my emails, no reaction !!
