They do not force you or prompt you to verify until you actually try to make a withdrawal. Then I had to reach out to support just for them to add the verify link. However, apparently their KYC verification is a one time thing and if you fail, you lose everything in your account with no refund, not even initial buy in. They do not let you know that you only have one chance at the verification. One minor error with verification (i.e. putting a shortened first name instead of full first name), and you will lose everything.
