They charge me more than 10% to withdraw my own money (£2.50 charge), and it takes ages hitting my bank, so I have no idea what the charge is for – the charge is mentioned nowhere until you go to withdraw. I deposited money with them and placed a bet to qualify for the alleged free bet. It was then difficult to get them to give the free bet but after they did I won £45.00 with the Free bet or so I thought. They then came back to me and said that the bonus winnings had to be bet 10 times £450 to free the funds. So I started betting to try and get the free bet funds released but then they suddenly said the free bet was subject to a time limit & took away the funds that were lying there.
