Same as the other guy has written on here. Had a £30 free bet offer, they immediately refused the £30 when I went on live chat, but offered me £10 instead. Ok, so not totally bad. Won my first bet, do a withdrawal. They charge me more than 10% to withdraw my own money (£2.50 charge), and it takes ages hitting my bank, so I have no idea what the charge is for – the charge is mentioned nowhere until you go to withdraw. Then I notice my free bet has been revoked. On live chat, she said it’s because I did a withdrawal. So, the only way I could use a £10 free bet is to lose my £20 winnings from the first bet. Do not touch this so called bookmaker with a barge Pole. They are Crooks. They advertised an offer of a £30 FREE BET that was not a free bet at all. I deposited money with them and placed a bet to qualify for the alleged free bet. It was then difficult to get them to give the free bet but after they did I won £45.00 with the Free bet or so I thought. They then came back to me and said that the bonus winnings had to be bet 10 times £450 to free the funds. So I started betting to try and get the free bet funds released but then they suddenly said the free bet was subject to a time limit & took away the funds that were lying there.
